1. Payment Terms

OpinionDeck Pro is a subscription-based service. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until you cancel.

2. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be absolutely satisfied. If OpinionDeck Pro doesn't meet your needs, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@opiniondeck.com with:

• Your account email address
• Your transaction ID or receipt

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are only applicable to your first subscription payment. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable unless there was a documented technical failure on our part that prevented use of the service.
