How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing in the app and click Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — no mid-cycle charges and no questions asked.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Email us at hello@opiniondeck.com with your account email and transaction ID and we'll process it within 2 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you offer a free plan?
We have a free trial tier that lets you explore the product before committing. Discovery Lab searches are also available on free with daily limits. Paid plans unlock more monitors, more subreddits per monitor, and higher search quotas.
My monitor isn't showing results — what should I check?
Make sure your keywords are specific — very broad terms can get filtered by the relevance scorer. Check that your subreddits are active communities with regular new posts. Monitors scan up to 3× per day, so allow a few hours after setup. If it's still empty after 24 hours, email us with your monitor name and we'll dig in.
