2. Description of Service
OpinionDeck provides a software tool to extract and analyze publicly available data from social platforms (Reddit, Hacker News, G2, etc.) for research and market intelligence purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the extracted data complies with the specific platform's Terms of Service and all applicable data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). OpinionDeck is a conduit for data extraction; we do not own or license the data fetched from source platforms.
4. Account Security
You must use Google Sign-In to access the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your credentials.
5. Intellectual Property
The OpinionDeck software, designs, and AI prompts are the intellectual property of OpinionDeck. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code.
6. Limitation of Liability
OpinionDeck is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the tool or the accuracy of the AI-generated analysis.
