OpinionDeck offers five plans. All plans include access to the core product — Discovery Lab, Research Decks, and AI analysis. Higher plans unlock more monitors, deeper analysis, and higher usage limits.

Plan details
Free
The free plan lets you try OpinionDeck’s core features without a credit card. Monitors are not available on the free plan — you can run discovery searches and save threads, but continuous background scanning requires a paid plan.
Good for: Evaluating the product before committing.
Trial
The 3-day trial gives you a taste of the full monitoring experience. You get 3 monitors with up to 10 subreddits each — enough to run a proper competitive intelligence campaign for a few days.
Trial access is available automatically when you sign up. It expires after 3 days, after which your account reverts to the free plan.
Good for: Quickly validating whether monitoring is valuable for your use case.
Starter — $19/month
Starter is designed for indie founders and solo researchers who want persistent monitoring without a high price. You get the same 3 monitors as the trial, but they run indefinitely.
Good for: Founders with one or two markets to monitor on an ongoing basis.
Professional — $59/month (Most Popular)
Professional unlocks the full depth of OpinionDeck’s capabilities:
- 10 monitors — cover multiple competitors, markets, or product lines simultaneously
- 20 subreddits per monitor — broader community coverage
- 30 discoveries per month — extensive on-demand research
- 5,000 comments per thread — dramatically better analysis quality on large threads
- Priority queue — your analysis jobs jump to the front
- Bulk download — export all threads from a Deck as a single ZIP of JSON files
- 3 team seats — collaborate with co-founders or team members
- 90-day export history
Good for: Product teams, growth marketers, and founders doing serious competitive research.
Enterprise — Custom pricing
Enterprise removes all hard limits and adds:

Upgrading
From inside the app, click Upgrade Plan in the sidebar or go to Settings to manage your plan.
OpinionDeck uses Dodo Payments for checkout. You’ll be redirected to a secure hosted checkout page to enter your payment details.
After payment is confirmed, your plan upgrades immediately and limits reset.
Limit resets

What counts as a “discovery”?
One submitted search in the Discovery Lab = one discovery. This includes:
- Competitor searches
- Idea discovery searches
- URL-based searches
Viewing cached results from your history does not count as a new discovery.
What counts as an “analysis”?
Generating an AI market summary (the Strategy tab content) = one analysis. This is the aggregated report across an entire Deck.
Granular per-thread extraction (pain points, triggers, outcomes) does not count against your monthly analysis limit.
